Hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and truly valued guests. *Housekeeping was outstanding-accommodated our mini-bar requests, room looked beautiful each day. *Grounds were immaculate-always someone cleaning/looking after the greenery/walkways/beach Rooms large, A/C worked great, bathrooms HUGE, very quiet once inside-didn't hear much if any noise from outside.
*Loved all the bougie accents-sunglasses cleaned for you at the pool, well-stocked Preferred club w/great bartenders. Beach was beautiful * Staff all very friendly and patient with our check-in *Restaurants VERY good-especially the Mexican restaurant.
So many good things at Secrets Maroma Beach: * Hotel itself VERY clean and maintenance needs addressed.
